Bad FPS on minecraft with a GTX 660 OC

im getting really low frames on minecraft with and without shaders, im getting like 30fps on all on low without shaders and im getting 20fps all on low with shaders, but when i play BF3/BF4 single player im getting 60+ on ultra im really confused i brought a new cpu so i wouldnt bottleneck, and so before i got it i got higher fps on Minecraft and lower on BF3/BF4

CPU: AMD 760k
GPU: GTX 660 OC msi
RAM: 8GB Corsair Vengeance

Need help fast,

i have goern down to the lowest setttign and im still only managing 40-50 FPS i least want 120 so i can record

there all my tabs thats all my settings i turned fog off

Turn off Smooth FPS, Load Far, Fast Render, Smooth World, and Mipmap levels to 1.
