Bad fps with my new 1060 6gb in any game.

I've just bought my new graphics card (MSI gtx 1060 6gb) and it's running really bad in all games. Before i got this graphics card, i had an EVGA 760 2gb, and that was much better. I had like 200 fps in CS:GO and now i have 50-70 fps.

What to do?

SPECS: MSI Gtx 1060 6gb - Intel core i5-4590 3.3ghz - 8 GB ram - 500W power supply - Motherboard: MSI Z97I

I'm sorry to have to ask this, but are you sure you plugged the HDMI into the card instead of the motherboard

I don't see you mentioning an HDMI cable anywhere, is that in fact what you're using? If so, you should probably try DVi or DisplayPort; HDMI isn't really all that good for gaming.
