[SOLVED] Bad Frame Drops

i recently upgraded my PC, and ive been experiencing bad frame drops in most games.
my build is:
MSI h310 pro m2 motherboard
1660 super (ASUS Phoenix)
i5-9400f 3.9Ghz
8GB ddr4 2400mhz RAM
(2) 240 gb SSDs
ive been able to get and maintain high framerates, but im getting really bad stutters and frame drops.
games like Warzone, Fortnite, minecraft.
warzone i was able to get a consistant 100 frames, but it would drop so low randomly that i had to uninstall
minecraft was able to get high frames as well, but the drops were also unbearable
and fortnite i can get like 250 fps but it would drop to like 22 fps randomly and also unbearable.
is one of my parts not up to par or performing incorrectly?

Willing to bet that might be your issue, brand and wattage are both not very bueno

any psu's youd recommend that would be perfect plus on the budget side

I like corsair ones, I'd go with atleast 750W or 850W. Kinda better safe than sorry type deal.
But that also may not be your issue, could be something else entirely. Possible solution, be good if you could borrow a psu from a friend and see what happens.
