Bad framerate on high end system.

25-40 fps on bf4. Radeon r9 290, AMD fx9590, 16 gig ram.. Low temperatures. What is causing this?

what graphics settings are you using? sometimes it helps to increase them

everything is on the highest setting. Except I have not increased texture resolution

in that case try lowering the settings or turning off some of the power hogging ones, like ambient occlusion. Your system is pretty powerful, but it may not be that powerful to get a steady framerate. I suggest just high or maybe even medium settings.

there are people with older hardware that get better fps than me.
