Bad frames with a good PC

I'm seeing people with the same-ish build run games much better than my pc, and tell me that their build runs better than mine when it shouldn't. I've searched around a lot and can't find an answer to my problem, so I'm hoping someone here would be able to tell me what they think is wrong.

GPU: gigabyte geforce gtx 1080
CPU: i7 6700k skylake
Motherboard: asrock h170m pro4
RAM: funny thing is i'm not actually sure because i dont wanna take apart my pc lmao but it's 2133mhz 2x8gb

I have CPU-Z installed, I can paste a report here if that would help?
Thanks!

What should I be looking out for when I remove one of my ram sticks?

There's a character limit on the website, so I'll upload the full txt to pastebin.

I'm running 1920x1080
Some games are simple, such as fortnite and stuff like that, but I'd also like to run The Division and Arma 3 and such in higher frames.
Fortnite: 60-100fps, I'd like to have it stay on the capped 144
Division: 60-90fps, whereas I'd like to also have this capped at 144
Arma 3: I can run this one pretty fine seemingly at around 100-200fps uncapped. This game is perfectly fine.

And most of the settings are exactly the same.

Temps are looking suspicious, you are getting ~50c without playing games. Download MSI AfterBurner and Rivatuner and check the CPU temps.

I've recently done a clean install of my operating system and swapped from windows 7 to 10 a few weeks ago to try and fix this.
