Bad Gainward support

I returned a Gainward 5900 Ultra to their RMA department. UPS says they received it on August 2 but they claim they did not receive it until August 9. Anyway they say the card is bad and will send me another one. To this date I still haven't received the new card. I have called them four times and each time I get a new receive date. They seem angry with me. I don't know what else I can do. Has anybody got any advice for me? Is their anything I can do? I feel Gainward is giving me the runaround. Thanks for any help.
 
An online/retailer giving u a hard time about a return/exchange its unthinkable !!! lmao
I would say the best thing to do is bug the [-peep-] out of them, if u dont get a satisfactory response from the CS Rep then go to their supervisor, if they dont help u then go a step higher keep on going until u get to the damn CEO if its necessary 😛
 
I got the runaround once, what solved my problen was filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If you can't do that go to the Chamber of Commerce in your city or any other business association. They wouldn't want that blemish on their record.

If you paid with a credit card try getting them to get your money back. It's probably too late at this point but my credit card guarantees all my purchases for either 3 or 6 months.
