I returned a Gainward 5900 Ultra to their RMA department. UPS says they received it on August 2 but they claim they did not receive it until August 9. Anyway they say the card is bad and will send me another one. To this date I still haven't received the new card. I have called them four times and each time I get a new receive date. They seem angry with me. I don't know what else I can do. Has anybody got any advice for me? Is their anything I can do? I feel Gainward is giving me the runaround. Thanks for any help.
