Question Bad GPU?

Ive had problems with my PC stuttering, where a scratchy noise would come from my pc, i thought it was the PSU so i changed it, but know its clear its the GPU.
Now whenever i open an intensive game i.e Final Fantasy XV, the GPU starts making this rattling noise and before the game starts it resets my PC without a warning. No message/BSOD.
So does this mean my GPU is bad?
The PSU is brand new and its 750w 80 plus Gold, PC is also relatively new with an I5 8400,16 gb DDR4, etc.

Full system specs?

Rattling GPU sounds like a bad fan which could cause throttling and restart your pc.

i5 8400
16gb @2400
Vega 64 Stock
ApexGaming 750w 80g plus
512ssd.

The thing is i can play non intensive games like LoL, Warframe, etc
But as soon as i play an intensive game the PC restarts, not before hearing that rattling sound.

Check the GPU thermal temps and fan speeds at idle and under load before crash. Load gpu intensive game and watch gpu and listen for rattling sound and determine where its coming from. If not GPU check CPU fan or radiator cooling.
