Bad graphic glitches

So this has been happening a while, I have rarely gamed since I purchased this card like 2 years ago, but it started happening when i was browsing or watching a film, there where just grey spots on the screen and now when i game i have constant "graphics glitch flashes"

Little more info, its a 7970 ghz edition, cpu is an i5 3450 and im running 2 monitors at 1920x1080

Do you have the latest driver s installed? What are the temps like?

whilst on runescape, max temp 66, fan speed %33, gaming is about 78, fan speed %60-%70, the drivers installed are from november 2014 (latest so it says)

ah Runescape, I haven't played that since 2001. Anyway, it may be worth deleting your drivers and reinstalling them.

I knew there was a program to completely unistall my drivers but it's been like 2 years since i last used it haha, anyways, worked a treat! thank you very much.
