Bad graphics card

I have intel 620 graphics card and 12gb ram one of corseri 8gb and other hynix of 4gb. Games are lagging and There isn't much improvement on changing ram from 4gb to 12gb. What can I do to make gaming experience better?
All this I have on hp probook 440 G4.
I don't want to spend any more money.
Any suggestions??

Internal GPU is not food for gaming. You need a better GPU and possible CPU, but you didn't tell the full system specs. As it is a laptop there is no way to change the GPU so you are out of luck with your system.
