Hello! I've had this issue for super long on my old and my new gpu so, it's definitely not a graphics card issue. So the issue i have is that, the games don't look sharp and it looks like, even though the anisotropic filtering is at max, it still doesn't render on long distance. It's really hard to explain how it looks. I have tried resolutions from 1080p, 1440p and 4k. Making higher resolution does so the game looks better but not enough. I have some thoughts that it, could be the monitor. I'll share my specs below.

GPU: rx 6800xt nitro+ OC se edition
CPU: i5 9600k
Monitor: BENQ xl2411P
Motherboard: Z390-A-PRO

Might want to run DDU to remove all GPU drivers off your platform, then manually install with the latest GPU drivers from AMD's support site, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU. Please add the age of the unit as well.

Hello! I've already done that sadly. I had this problem on my previous gpu aswell and just the same problem. Feels like it's a monitor problem. I actually switched psu when i bought my gpu. The psu is,
Corsair RM850e 850W
