Question Bad graphics pc

Hello , i have a problem , every game that i play looks bad at high/ultra settings , the tree texture and hair texture look bad . I dont know what to do . PC: I5 9600K RTX 2070 32 GB RAM 2400 MHZ SSD corsair m2 mp 500 HDD WD blue 3 tb and

Was this always a problem? If so, is your monitor connected to the GPU? Are your drivers up to date?

yes they are and my gpu is connected . Does it matter that the monitor is an older model? BENQ XL2430
