Bad image error, sfc /scannow error, trustedinstaller error all bundled into one

It started when I left my pc on sleep mode when going to bed. The next day when I turned it on it started to "Automatically Repair" so I then followed this https://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtu.be&v=2f-GorXWkoc and I got my pc back working, then when it booted up the bad image error started, I couldn't use spotify or discord and a few other application. I then looked up solutions and in one of them it was to make sure my Windows Modules Installer was working correctly. It isn't. It isn't responding and I can't run sfc /scannow or I get "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service." I have tried multiple fixes but to no avail. I tried changing the image path, I tried running sfc /scannow in safe mode, I used net start trustedinstaller in cmd as admin and other fixes along those lines. None worked. I tried refresh, reset and completely clean my pc and I get errors during all of them. I am so desperate right now, help would be greatly appreciated. I have also tried using Recuva, Malwarebytes and CCleaner, none of them have worked either. If this happened to me, I'd restore from a recent full system backup I've made. If you don't have one, you could restore from a system restore point, if you've turned that on. If you can't do either, then it may be time to save your data and reinstall.

Thanks for your response, I don't have any system restore points, and when I try reinstall windows I get an error saying "There was a problem resetting your pc" and I get an error when reinstalling windows too.

Download the Media Creation Tool from here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 . Then use it to download the version of Windows you need for either a USB flash drive or DVD. Format the partition before installing.
