Bad ingame preformance after upgrade

upgraded my graphics card to the 1050ti and I am barely even getting 60 fps and having terrible stuttering when i play fortnite. In other games like csgo, the stuttering is not nearly as bad, but i have the same issue of barely reaching/staying above 60 fps. It has only became this unbearable recently and I'm very unsure why. I play on the lowest graphic settings in both games and have tried several resolutions on both games. I am looking for any suggestions/explanations that could help me, as I know very little about computer hardware and preformance. Please help

Yes, someone on another website linked me to ddu or whatever and now my preformance has significantly changed for the better.
