Bad master HDD error when cloning multiple drives

I cloned 500Gb 5400rpm Barracuda/Seagate drive to a WD 500Gb 7200rpm drive. I did this to create a master drive. Verified the clone worked by booting it up and logging into pc. Now when trying to clone 5 HDD's from the WD receiving ERROR bad MASTER HDD. Using Systor cloning hardware.

When cloning from the Barracuda drive to another Barracuda drive it works fine. I think the issue may be that the WD drive is bad.
