Hello, i think i bought a bad mobo, so im trying to overclock the cpu, even tho i adjust the frequency to 4.3, it maxes 4.1 on stress test

The temps never passed above 55 degrees,
(47 MIN aida64 stress test)

You can't OC an H chipset in standard ways. The board isn't unlocked. I would recommend you find a budget Z chipset if such exists.
