Bad microphone quality on new PC

Hello, I built my first PC today and everything went well until I installed discord and went to talk to my friends. They told me that I sound like a robot. I tried different USB ports, different driver updates but nothing seemed to help me. Could it be that I messed up somewhere in building the PC? Or could it be a driver thing?

PS. I have the Razer Kraken 7.1 V2
PPS. The microphone sounded good on the PC.

That's more than likely going to be an issue with your sound drivers. Also, you need to make sure its not your internet, as my discord gets all robot-y if my internet connection is bad.

Could you give me some driver updates that might help? Also I don't think it's the internet because I have 3 ping 90 down and 90 up
