bad mouse flicker?

I have a custom built pc with an i3-4170 gtx 750 ti h97pro4 board and windows 10 x64 installed and my mouse randomly always starts to flicker sometimes it will stop but usually no, I tried stopping high cpu taht were open from task manager but it didnt stop. This is driving me insane any help is awesome.

Flicker as in move around by itself or the cursor is flickering like your screen would?

Tried getting new Nvidia drivers? Have you checked windows updates?

flickering as my cursor itself is flickering invisible and back to normal but quickly, i have updated nvidia drivers and ill try windows update.

Updated windows and nvidia, no fix yet this had been happening before I reset my computer also, its so weird and anooying

is it a standard mouse or a gaming mouse?

does it show the hour glass icon next to it? does it look like its constantly busy?

right click start button
choose command prompt (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter

this scans system files and may fix this behaviour
