[SOLVED] Bad network adapter

So lighting took out my power supply about a year ago did not get around to fixing my desktop till about a week ago. Everthing seemed fine until I when to get it back on the internet. Its saying no network adapter found or drivers not installed. Is their anyway Incan trouble shoot things before adding a network card. The mother bord is a MSI 870-g45.

Yes you can troubleshoot this.

• Go into BIOS menu and see if the network adapter may be disabled somehow.
• Try to boot using a Linux Live iso image. Most network card models are supported natively. See if that works.
