I am sure they make ones that work in Argentina. The first thing to find are one that have the correct electrical plugs. The ones for the USA of course will not fit in your outlets because they are different.
Then you have a number of options in the powerline units themselves. Mostly it is differences in speed but they also make models that let you plug things into the outlet even though the powerline unit is plugged into it.
This link will give you a general idea the differences. They do not have every model or brand but pretty much all devices are av200,av500, or av2-xxxx models. Things like the av2-1200 are the newer technology and work much better than the older av200 and av500 models.

I know little about what exact devices will work in argentina. Pretty much if the plug will fit into your outlets it will work. Not sure if running plug adapters causes issues or not. I know you can not run USA based ones in any country that uses 220volt power, those type of converters completely block powerline devices.
