Bad performance after windows update or wrong overclock on voltage.

So yesterday windows updated and I changed my voltage from 0 to 50 on afterburner without knowing since I did that I get 40 fps less on my fav game : Ark survival evolved my specs are:
AMD A10-7870K Radeon R7 3.90 GHz 4 cores
16GB DDR3 (15GB available)
500 watt PSU
GTX 1050ti
MSI A68HM GRENADE AMD A68H Socket FM2+ Micro ATX

I reset all afterburner things deleted all profiles and deleted afterburner But I get bad FPS

EDIT: MY TWO MONITOR CABLES WERE CONNECTED TO MY MOTHERBOARD SOLVED

You do know how to reset BIOS aren't you, do that, then see if your update is the one that cause performance drop.
