Bad performance and frame stuttering Ryzen 5

So today I upgraded from an AMD Fx-8320 to a Ryzen 5 1600. I also got the MSI B350 PC MATE and some new Corsair vengeance led ram. My GPU is a GTX 1060. When I upgraded today, I have begun realizing frame stuttering and lower frames in games I have been playing for the past year with my old chip. I tried a fire strike benchmark and have actually decreased almost 1000 score. I don't understand what I should do and I was wondering if anyone could help me. Thanks

Did you reinstall Windows after you completed the upgrade? If you didn't do that, as you probably have a bunch of driver conflicts that will likely tank your performance.

Thanks for the quick response but i have tried that and it did not work, i also migrated windows to my new SSD
