Question bad performance custom build with Userbenchmark

guys,
i got a custom build pc with the folowing specs:
AMD Ryzen TR 1920X
Nvidia GTX 750 Ti
2x Samsung 970 Evo Plus NVMe PCIe M.2 500GB --> one has the Windows installation
1x Samsung 860 Evo 2TB
2x WD Purple Surveillance 4TB
G.SKILL F4 DDR4 3200 C16 4x8GB


After running userbenchmark, i am getting bad performances with the processor, memory and M.2 disks

UserBenchmarks: Game 31%, Desk 104%, Work 117%
CPU: AMD Ryzen TR 1920X - 76%
GPU: Nvidia GTX 750 Ti - 22.6%
SSD: Samsung 970 Evo Plus NVMe PCIe M.2 500GB - 243%
SSD: Samsung 970 Evo Plus NVMe PCIe M.2 500GB - 262.5%
SSD: Samsung 860 Evo 2TB - 112.8%
HDD: WD Purple Surveillance 4TB (2017) - 77%
HDD: WD Purple Surveillance 4TB (2017) - 68%
RAM: G.SKILL F4 DDR4 3200 C16 4x8GB - 36.5%
MBD: Asrock X399 Phantom Gaming 6

anyone who can explain this to me? The test has been run after a fresh reboot.

i dont use is for gaming. At least, no games that need a fast GPU.
i am somewhat shocked with the cpu performance(it was after a reboot) and the m.2 performance.
