Question Bad performance with RX 6900 XT ?

I bought an rx6900xt around 8 months ago. Recently I've seen a performance dip in some of my games but mostly Fortnite. When I start the game it is at 120 but it dips often. The same thing happens in the game but gets worse if I'm in the air or moving fast.

My specs are:
Cpu: AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1950x
Motherboard: Asus Zenith Extreme
GPU: RX 6900 XT
RAM: 32GB Corsair Dominator 3200
PSU: Coolermaster 1200w
Moniter:Samsung Odessy G7 32 inch 240hz

For cooling, I have a water cooler system that keeps the temps reasonably low at around 25 to 30 idle and 40 to 50 max on any program.
Ive tried a complete reset of drivers and uninstall all previous drivers. I tried overclocking but it didn't work.
I have amd's version of xmp enabled in bios and it is installed to the latest version.
The GPU drivers are on the lastest recommended one which is 22.11.2

Please let me know of any solutions

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Coolermaster is the brand of the unit while 1200W is the advertised wattage of the unit. What is the model of said unit? Also, how old is the PSU in question? What were you using prior to the RX6900XT?

The PSU is a 2017 v1200 platinum Coolermaster. I was using 2 1080ti from 2017 up until around 2020. Then I bought a 3090 and put a water block on it but unfortunately, the GPU didn't work after. I then waited for a few months until a prewaterblocked GPU was available so I didn't have to go through the hassle again and I bout the rx6900xt. The one I'm using is the powered cooler rx6900xt liquid devil.
