bad performance while playing hd videos

Hello there,
I've been using AMD E-300 APU processor HD graphics1.30 Ghz with 2 GB ram, 32 bit OS. I know its quite old but i want your help so that this pc can work better.
The problem is while playing HD videos. Videos dont play smoothly

You can try 4 gb of RAM and also an SSD for the swap file if you are using a standard drive. System is just slow, the CPU is a low end low wattage one. A $150 used laptop with an older i3 or i5 CPU would be better than spending money on upgrading your system really.
