Bad performance with Minecraft shaders

Hello,

my specs are:

Intel core i5 4460
12 GB ddr3 1333 Mhz
Gtx 1070 (from a friend)
the rest is just a Lenovo H50-50 (upgraded PSU)

Everything on my computer runs fine, except when i load shaders (SEUS) to Minecraft (via Optifine), the game drops to 30ish fps. No matter which version (low, high...), it's locked to that framerate. I downloaded MSI Afterburner to check, what are the temperatures, usage etc. on both CPU and GPU.

*Yes, my framerate is set to unlimited and yes, i allocated enough ram to java...*

My temperatures dont go over 50C, GPU utilisation is at 30%, CPU at 60% (doesn't go over 80%).

I'm not running anything else in the background, except minecraft (i often clean my PC, so theres no secret junk running). I tried reinstalling graphics drivers, but that didn't help.

Last thing to mention is that i tried different shaders, and this happens to all of them.

Thanks for reply and possible solutions. Have a good day.

I noticed another weird thing. When shaders are off, processor usage is 30 - 40% (64 chunks render distance), but with shaders, the usage pretty much doubles (80% - 90%)
