Around 24 hours ago I started experiencing very bad latency (https://gyazo.com/eb38ebbe1d58990c08fbb68925bc5653)

I knew that BT had a way to check the status of my line, but it said I had no faults:

My normal ping to my nearest server is ~20 with 0 - 1 jitter.
My download and upload speed have also been affected:
(https://gyazo.com/f39d3ad42f664e769fc781ad3f0a1156(Was 38 down and 10 up))

I know this is not a problem with my computer because it is showing the same results on other devices around my house.
(I did the tests using ethernet)

Could this be due to damaged line connecting the router or the router itself?
Thanks in advance.

Solution
For best results you should test from a wired connection, wireless has random issues that will hide other network issues.

Ping your router and see if the latency is high. Even on wireless you should have only a few ms at max. You then want to ping the ISP router should be hop 2 in a tracert. This is the most common place to find issues and your ISP should be able to fix that.
