Bad Ping On All Games

For some reason get horrible ping in all of mt games i mean like 600ms plus. But its only my computer that gets bad ping my brother is just fine playing smite on his xbox. I have the best internet service available from charter and i have tried open dns and then i tried a vpn but to no avail does anyone know hat i can do i really wanna play overwatch lol.
Also i pinged google this is what i got a giant ping spike and rtos

The only way i can game is by tethering my phone to my pc but i ran out of data

Does you pc use wifi or ethernet? What about the xbox? If you are using wifi, how far away are you from your router? Is there anything obstructing the signal from your router to your pc? Do you have a dual band connection? What kind of wireless reciever does your pc have?

It sounds like you merely have a spotty wifi connection but it is impossible to tell if you don't provide more details about the situation.

My brothers about the distance from the router as me and we both are using wireless 5g and the is only my door blocking the siganl and i have the alfa longrange dualband wirless adapter and yess the router is dual band
