Where did you source the installers for your OS?

You're working with a laptop, can you verify if the laptop isn't pending any BIOS updates? Did you manually install all relevant drivers for your laptop manually, in an elevated command?

Please pass on the make and model/SKU of your laptop.

I can't even tell what your problem is by your description. What is it and when does it occur?

I downloaded the os iso file from Microsoft Official site and made a clean installation with a bootable USB.
Already installed the latest Bios version.
installed all laptop drivers from the official Lenovo site and have intel driver & support service notifying me if there are any updates for any driver.
