Bad Power supply? Maybe Ram?

I was upgrading ram, and now I put it in and the power supply is beeping, also the no vga signal

power supplys dont beep, video cards (with the power connector not connected) and motherboards do however

put the old components back in and see if it works again?

Check the beeps against your motherboard manual to find out what the 'beeping is'

.....and if i was a betting man i'd say that the beep code you find will match bad ram, or just make sure that the ram is installed correctly - remember, when pushing in ram it can take quite a bit of pressure and you push untill the side clips click into place rather than pushing them up yourself.
