Bad purchases

Does anyone else wish for a more forgiving Enh purchase process? Even with
considerable experience, I occasionally misread the teeny-tiny icons and
teeny-tiny text and buy the wrong enhancement - Dragon Defense for Dragon
Scales being the most recent goof. (You can hardly tell one from the other
by the icon - light purple vs light-medium purple!) Since I can't use the
former and can do nothing but sell them back, the mistake costs me 25k per
instance. In the heat of rushing off to sell-buy during a team, I made this
mistake to the tune of 50k.

Would it be unreasonable to have an immediate return policy, resell for 90-
100% of purchase, as long as you don't leave the store or the contact
session? Or to add a "shopping cart" interface so you can review what
you've chosen before committing?

Or am I just dim of sight, slow of mind and whining?

Simple solution - do what I do - right click and select info before
buying.
The only things I _don't_ info first are accuracy/damage/end reducers.

Maybe it's just the natural set, but I find it very difficult to
distinguish several combinations of Enhs. I do use the Info thing
sometimes, but I guess I need to use it every time...

I'm with you on this one Shenanigunner ;-)

All the sets have some that can be a bit confusing (though mutation
names are pretty clear for the most part.)

Still slightly confusing since my last several characters were magic
origined so i'm used to those enhancements.

It's an honest mistake. You really have to read the Info text
carefully before a purchase.

It's not as bad as it used to be, for example, back when the
+Defense and +Resistance DO's had the same descriptive text.

Mutation is very clear; Natural and Magic are clear for the most part,
though with a few confusing ones. Tech is fairly easy to work out
what does what from the names, too.

The one that really ticks me off is Science. I mean, that's totally
whacked. Who the hell went through the periodic table and decided
what particular elements relate to particular powers? How are we
supposed to make sense of it?

Prima Guide, or a photocopy of the pertinent enhancement lists at
least?
