Question Bad Quality After Uploading to Youtube

Hello!

I recorded some gameplay with friends and in order to share with them I had to upload to youtube. The problem is that final quality is worse than the original. I know that YouTube compress the video and with that in mind how can I improve the overall quality?

I use AdobePremiere Pro 2019 to edit the small clips.

To me that screenshot looks perfectly usable as it is. The point of the video is to show what happened in the game, not that "look at how much detail this rock I drove by has".
