Bad quality on youtube fullscreen (internet explorer 9)

I have not been able to find an awnser to this anywhere, but here is my problem :
Whenever I try to watch a video on youtube (doesnt effect other websites), I will change the quality to 1080p, and than go to fullscreen. Everything is in bad quality (even the bar below for changing time, quality, etc.)

The confusing part is that this issue does not happen when I use google chrome, it plays like usual.

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling internet explorer and flash player.

Maybe don't use internet explorer, it has crap buffer speed and is very unreliable. Try using google or firefox!
