Bad RAM stick....I think

So after installing a new mobo, after accidentally frying the old one by pressing the clear cmos button, I saw the DRAM led would turn yellow and my pc would not boot. I was able to get my pc to boot by using only one ram stick. the other stick causes the cpu led to turn on, followed my no boot, followed by the ram error led again. Is it just this stick? or is there something else I should be concerned of? also now when I try to boot with both ram sticks in, the PC will kind of stall before it fully turns on, then shine the red cpu led, proceed not to boot, then shine the yellow DRAM led. Thanks!

....at this point....that's what it seems like.

If they are new sticks, I would RMA them.
