so over the night i got double the ping when playing cs go. usually its 50, now its betwen 80 and 100. i restarted the router, did everything that i read on google to try to fix it, didnt work. Ping is high on community and offical servers. And its even higher than usuall when i play l4d2 or dirty bomb. i tried tracert command and found that my ping jumps to 59ms on ''decix.valve.net" server i guess its a server. i googled it and found that its location is in germany.
any thoughts what could it be, advice on how to fix it? i tried calling my isp and explaing in the problem, they said that they cant do anything about it. i will put picture, maybe someone will know what is the issue.

You are likely misreading the tracert. It only goes from 45 to 59 but from what I can tell that represents the connection between Hungary and Germany. 14ms is not all that unreasonable since it is quite a distance and the network connection never follow a straight line.

Your trace really shows no issues. Maybe the question would be why you have 30ms between your house and your ISP. This should be a fairly short distance but it represent 1/2 the total latency in your trace. If you are using mobile broadband then that is about the time you see on the better systems.

Yeah i forgot about that, my country is small and my city is 250km far from main city and thats where isp is. and when i tested my speed on speedtest.net my ping was 9 or 10ms, now its 30. i called them to ask them why is that, they said its normal, everything around 70 is considered as an issue. i am using adsl, 8 mbps thats like 1mbps download speed.

It's definitely your ISP/Equipment. Try rebooting any network devices you have, or waiting it out. They usually won't admit that it's a problem on their end. See if you can get your line checked.

i will try it, i rebooted the router, but only waited 10mins after disconecting it from electricity, should have i waited more?

I doubt it matters. 10 mins was more than enough(I don't even bother disconnecting it, just reboot from the router site). If the problem isn't resolved, then you may have to call your ISP again or wait it out.

i will wait it out, they dont know the thing about the issues or how to solve it....thank you guys anyway
