Question Bad sector increasing without any reason.

Hi guys I replaced HDD with 1TB brand new HDD 50 day ago.At the beginning HDD sentinel was showing 100% .Yesterday suddenly dropped 16%.And today 15.How?? WHy??My causes to this?

Get it replaced, it's broken. Nothing to do about it, HDs can fail even after a week.

but it's second HDD that fail...SO, it possible that pc causes it?

Unlikely. Hard drives love to fail.
Make sure you backup your data and replace the drive.

It's possible - you yourself are doing it.
Do you like to hit/shake your pc? May be you're doing it by accident.
Is your pc located on the ground near your feet?
