Question Bad sectors affect backups?

I use Macrium Reflect to backup my drives. If my drive has bad sectors, it's backup would also contain them? I mean, if I restore a backup image (created using Macrium reflect) of a drive (one with bad sectors) onto a new one, the new drive will also have bad sectors?
I know this question is weird. But, I have this doubt. Please clarify

'bad sectors' are a physical issue with the drive.
That will not transfer into the Image, or the target drive for a recovery.

What might happen is corrupt data that lives on those 'bad sectors'.

But generally, Macrium would quit and give you an error message if it cannot read something.
In that case, you go to an even earlier backup, before that problem displayed.

You should be creating an ongoing series of 'backups'. Either Full or Full+ Incremental/Differential.

Not just if you happen to notice a problem.
