bad settings conig info

Hi there ,
my lenovo laptop windows 8.1
cant open
the error is bad settings config info blue screen
the error appeared after I had changed the max memory (RAM) from 4096 to 256 in order to raise up the shared memory of the graphics card from advanced settings of booting (msconfig)
please ,HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

1| Model of your Lenovo laptop? An SKU would help.
2| Have you tried removing the laptop battery from the unit, disconnecting from the adapter(wall power source) and pressing the power button and holding it down for 30 seconds?
3| Do you have the recovery/install disc that came with your laptop?
4| Can you get into BIOS?
