Question bad smell

hi i have brought a pc (good parts) cheap benchmarked perfect but the smell coming from it is horrid its from the old owner iv given it a clean but how can i get the smell away ? its not my mane set up but when ever i turn it on my gaming room smells like a**

What type of smell, like cigarette or vape smell, or something dead?

Have you taken the case (side panel) down to be sure nothing is inside it?

Both of them show various ways to completely clean PC equipment. Side note: If you are not fully aware of the danger inherent in cleaning a power supply DO NOT open it and mess around in there. You can be severely injured or killed. If that aspect cannot be cleaned and continues the smell it would be of consideration to just replace it.
