Bad sound with Razer Headset

Hey everyone,
I bought recently a Razer Kraken 7.1 Headset and its audio works fine, but in some programs the audio gets really bad, I mean the volume gets too low and I receive a lot of white noise.
I first had this problem only with Flash Player and BF4 and I solved both problems changing from Chrome to IE, but a lot of programs still having this problem. Some examples are Hearhstone, that was working fine in the first time I plugged the headset, and Skype. I downloaded and configured Razer Synapse and Surround and I already have tried to change its configurations but it helps nothing. I update all my drivers with Driver Solution Pack.
Mother Board: Gigabyte GA-Z87-D3HP
Sound Adaptors:Intel Lynx Point HDMI @ Intel Haswell - Mini HD Audio Controller;
nVIDIA HDMI/DP @ nVIDIA GK110 - High Definition Audio Controller;
Realtek ALC892 @ Intel Lynx Point PCH - High Definition Audio Controller [C-1]

This is probably because of the 7.1 settings. Not all applications and games support 7.1. So, it results in hollow low volume sound. Switch to stereo on those particular games and you should be just fine
