My computer is unable to start windows. I'm getting "Status: 0xc000000f Info: A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed."

I have windows 10 installed on a SSD. It shows in the BIOS that it is connected. I double checked all the connections and tried plugging it into a different SATA port. I also inserted a USB drive with windows to do a start-up repair, but it just says Start-up repair couldn't repair your PC.

I also tried to rebuild BCD, which said the requested system device cannot be found. I did chkdsk c: /f /x /r which in stage 5 said "failed to transfer logged messages to the event log with status 6."
Is there something else I can try?

First, please list ALL the parts in this system. Make/model of everything.
Second, what was the last thing you did before this started?
I'll work on getting a list of the parts. The last thing that happened was I accidentally unplugged the power strip it is on. I added a couple of things I tried to my original post.
