Hello forum,
I currently have a geforce2 MX/MX400 agp 4x 64 mb.
I have noticed lately my screen and apps freeze and my monitor gets a blue tint to it,how can i tell if its my video card or my monitor going bad?
I thought it might be my Os Windows Xp but i reformated
and am pretty positive it isnt the problem, this problem
started a couple weeks ago.
Many thanks for any help

Lance

I would try taking the monitor to another system if you have one, or hauling it to a friends house to test it, for starters. Tell us the result after this. If it flubs up on a friend's system then it is definitely your monitor, if not there is a pretty good chance its your video card.

My OS features preemptive multitasking, a fully interactive command line, & support for 640K of RAM!

I once kinked my monitor cable where it attaches to the video card...permenantly. My screen would turn blue and I would have to grab the cables and twist it around to get the color back:)

I help because you suck.

I once stuck my tongue on the end of my monitor cable while it was on. Now I have special powers. STOP THINKING ABOUT MY MOM GW!
