Ok, so here's the problem. I have a desktop computer that I have been using for over a year. It is a prebuilt, so the wireless adapter is built into the mobo.
The internet has always been great on it and I always get 5 bars.
I started messing around with two laptop hard drives in my computer (so I had 2 750gb laptop hard drives as well as 1 1tb desktop hard drive in my computer) When I turned on the computer I only got 3 bars of internet instead of 5. I have since taken the laptop hard drives out of my system and I still only get 3 bars.
I tried googling, but none of the results relate to my problem exactly.
If anybody could help it would be greatly appreciated.
Edit:
The computer is in the same place as it has always been.
All of the other computers on the network have good connection.
When I was installing the hard drives, a small white wire came out. I turned on the computer before noticing that it was not plugged in. When I took out the hard drives I plugged the wire back in. I don't know if this matters for the internet, but I felt it was worth mentioning.
I can take pictures if anybody feels that it would help.
