basically a user mode app caused a access violation because it used a bad memory address. normally this would be a app problem BUT it can be caused by memory timing problems as well.

normally, you would reinstall the app or reboot your machine more often.
you might also want to run memtest86 to confirm that your system does not have any memory timing problems.
you can also get this error when you have a memory problem and windows copies the memory image to disk and reloads it the next time you boot up.
to fix this type of problem you would want to go to microsoft sysinternals and download rammap.exe and select empty menu item and then select" empty the working set"
then attempt to run your game again. (this tool clears out the...

Thank you for posting this. this problem is causing me big problems trying to play one particular game , which is H1Z1 Just Survive. I get the bad module info error frequently and my game freezes and crashes.

I have followed your instructions and carried out the free memtest and it came back with 100 % no errors.

I then ran the rammap.exe and this is where i had problems. I basically could not find anywhere where it said, empty menu item. i could find empty working set under the empty tab at the top but not empty menu item.

are you able to offer any further guidance please ?

that Is the correct location select the menu items called "empty" and run them
