Bag o parts Tinmizer

I am embarrassed to say......
I really can't find the Algan (sp?) Tinmizer to give the Bag of Parts
any help would be appreciated.

When you zone in from Forest Ruins stay to your right. Up the hill and he's
under the tree with the bench. Think it's near a waterfall(?).

From where you find the bag, go right and follow the incline up and
around the cliff...he's literally a few seconds walk away up that hill

And he's really short too, so have a good look behind the bench 😉

Right click on a guard and select "Find NPC". Type in Algan. If one guard
doesn't know, ask the next one.

He's on the right hand's side overlooking the Baubleshire falls, behind
a tree and a bench situated right by the water (he's a gnome) upon the
rockface's ledge not at the pool below the falls.
