Question Baisc tuning settings for a new build

I just completed my first build. I am seeking some suggestions on if there are any "Must haves" for tuning a system that some of you have. I have my CPU OCed with AMD's software, I have my GPU OC'ed (lightly) with After Burner and I have my RAM on XMP. Aside from risking doing anything that will potentially set my computer on fire, do any of you have any suggestions to give me?

MB: Gigabyte Aorus Master x570
CPU: Ryzen 5900X
GPU: 3070 FE
Cooling: NZXT Kraken 280MM (Push/Pull)
Memory: 32 GB Corsair Dominator 3600mhz & 16 GB Dominator 3600mhz (Same timings)
PSU: Thirmaltake 800w 80+ Gold
Case: Corsair 5000d

Memory tuning is about all that is left, though that would be fairly small gains.

Optimizing the OS by removing things you aren't going to use.
