Balanced graphics card for i5 3570k

I currently have an i5 3570k and I am looking to upgrade my graphics card but I am unsure if I should do so. My question is, hypothetically, if I had £1000 to spend which graphics card would perform well but not perform so well that my CPU bottlenecks it?
(I have my eye on the GTX 670 because its recent price drop to £180 on scan.co.uk)

Gtx 670 is a good card, if its on sale then buy it.

You can even SLI GTX 670 without any worry of CPU bottlenecking as long as the monitor resolution is 1080p or greater.

Quadruple GTX Titans wont get bottlenecked by your CPU if you are gaming at 4k resolutions
