Bandwidth aggregation device

Dear Sir,
We have main data center at location A and have a factory at location B and another factory at location C . At location A , We have a broadband Internet link of 20 MBPS from x ISP and another Internet Link of 10 MBPS from Y ISP . For Connectivity between location A & B , we have a point to point leased line of 5 MBPS and we also have a MPLS link of 3 MBPS from other ISP . Similarly for connectivity between location A & C , we have a point to point leased line of 5 MBPS and we also have a MPLS link of 3 MBPS .
We are looking to aggregate the available bandwidth , so that for Internet it adds upto 30 MBPS and for connectivity between location A & B to 8MBPS and similarly between A & C . Moreover , incase any link goes down then user work should continue as it is except at the reduced bandwidth .
Kindly guide us about the best solution / device for meeting this requirement .

You are looking for quite expensive solution, you better hire a local company to procure and configure that for you.

PFSense will not do what he is looking for. He needs true Broadband Bonding which is much much different than basic link or load balancing.
