I'm trying to add 4k@60Hz graphics capability to my PC which has two empty PCIe 2.0 (x4 and x16) slots, and I'd like to borrow your wisdom to see if my solution is valid.
I'm thinking of combining these two products to achieve my goal.
QICENT PU31-1P1C-BK USB 3.1 Type-C & Type-A 2-Port PCI Express Card Gen II 10 Gbps for Desktop

Cable Matters USB 3.1 Type C (USB-C & Thunderbolt 3 Port Compatible) to DisplayPort 4K UHD Adapter

The second product seems to have no problem with driving 4k display at 60 Hz. But the question is the first product (PCIe x4 card). Since my PCIe slots are only version 2.0, theoretical max bandwidth is 500Mbps per lane or 2Gbps for x4 card.
I searched a lot but couldn't find if 2Gbps is enough to drive 4k display at 60 Hz. If it is, do you think I can even daisy chain two 4k monitors and drive them both at 60 Hz?
TIA
