Banned on CS; what to do?

someone help me...its saying that i was banned for past cheating violations,
and will not allow me to join. does anyone know if they ban ip addresses,
or just player id's? any way i can get back in without having to buy a new
game? thanks in advance

p.s. please spare us all the childish flames like i say in the game I
DON'T HACK!!!

Here's what to do.

step 1. Go to your nearest games shop and purchase another copy of HL.

step 2. Delete all CS hacks on your comp.

step 3. Reload CS using your new key.

step 4. Stop whining on news groups that you've been banned for using hacks
'but you swear you never use them'!

step 5. Read thoroughly all the flames stating why you got banned!

step 6. Get your free replacement CD Key from this web site.
