Bare wire speaker plug connected to speakon jack

What cable do I need so I can connect bare wire on one side and male speakon jack on other side connecting to different speaker (linking the speakers)? I don't think the wire I have can be fitted to speakon plug.

Speakon connectors are for use with standard speaker wire. If your wire is too thick you can thin it to fit.
